Who Are We?

Nomad Nirvana is owned and operated by Hope Pollard, a queer artist and community planner living in Metro ATL, and her three shop dogs (Reptar, Maisy, and Baby).

Why Shop Nomad Nirvana?

Joining our book club is always and forever completely free. Our primary goal here is to build queer and creative community outside of ATL proper. That said, we live in a capitalist society!

Getting a book from Nomad Nirvana helps me provide a good life for my dogs and plus—shopping with us is like getting a book from your best book-loving friend—it doesn’t make it onto our shelves unless we’re willing to read it ourselves. Like your favorite curated thrift store…but for books!

Our specialties: queer stories, horror, women’s and gender-expansive fiction, and horror (with a smattering of modern and vintage classics). New and used.

We’re there when you need us to revive you from the mayhem of daily life on earth in 2026.
